Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Moon Child Candles, each product is handcrafted with love and care. Since our candles and home décor products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, fragrance, or appearance are natural and make every piece unique.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal fragrance preferences
• Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of the product
• Incorrect orders placed by customers

As our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, returned items cannot be resold.

Replacement Policy

We are happy to provide a replacement if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive an incorrect item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Reporting Damages

To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• An unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement Process

• Once your request is approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 3–7 business days, subject to product availability.
• If the same product is unavailable, we may provide store credit or an alternative product of equal value.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

• A replacement cannot be arranged.
• The order is cancelled before dispatch.
• Moon Child Candles is unable to fulfil the order.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or refund requests will not be accepted for:

• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or storage.
• Burned, used, or altered candles.
• Minor handmade variations.
• Claims without photographs or unboxing video proof.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
